1. Services

LightningExpressca.com provides logistics and last-mile delivery services to business customers ("Merchants").

Services are performed based on shipment and recipient information supplied by Merchants.

2. Merchant Obligations

Merchants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and lawful shipment information
• Ensuring compliance with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and communications laws
• Making appropriate disclosures to recipients regarding the use of third-party delivery providers and related communications

3. Communications Related to Delivery

When an order is placed with a Merchant that uses our delivery services, recipients may receive delivery-related updates. These communications may be sent using the email address or SMS through phone number provided at checkout and are intended solely to support fulfillment and delivery of the order.

4. Prohibited Use

Merchants may not use our services to:

• Send advertising, marketing, or promotional messages
• Transmit unlawful or misleading content
• Violate telecommunications, privacy, or carrier regulations

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
